Meanwhile, the team discuss Halloween costumes and Tony’s recent dating habits.
The San Dominick – Gibbs spots a dead man in the water during a joint Coast Guard and NCIS training exercise at sea. The investigation reveals the man is a missing crew member from a ship 60 nautical miles away. Upon boarding the ship for questioning, Gibbs discovers the vessel has been commandeered by pirates.
Choke Hold – The NCIS team is assigned to a joint terrorism task force by the Secretary of the Navy after a Naval research scientist is murdered and the chief suspect is wanted by the Russian government. Gibbs and DiNozzo run interference with task force leader Leia Pendergast.

Agent Bishop accompanies him on the trip, and they interview his friend’s family and coworkers. Meanwhile, Ducky recalls the choices he made in the past and the impact they’ve had on his adult life.
Kill the Messenger – A Navy lieutenant is murdered on his way to a private meeting with the President. The NCIS team try to determine if the death was part of a recent series of muggings in the area or if it was a targeted hit to keep intelligence secrets.
Twenty Klicks – Season 12 begins with Gibbs and McGee traveling to Russia to escort home an NCIS computer engineer who is connected to classified intel. But the mission is compromised, and the trio go off the grid while being hunted by a Russian mercenary group. Back at home, the NCIS team race to find their missing colleagues.
Chap Stewie – In the Season 12 finale, Stewie stews over having his TV time interrupted, so he heads back in time to see that Lois and Peter never meet, thus he would never be conceived. However, when he finally is born, it is into a “Downton Abbey”-esque household in Great Britain.
